This is validation of my own Energy Healing
In 2019, my aura told a very different story.
The photo on the left was taken during a time
when I was drowning in anxiety, depression,
and relentless waves of suicidal thoughts.
My mind was caught in negative thought loops
that sabotaged every opportunity
and distorted my reality—
keeping me trapped in fear and self-doubt.
Back then, I was disassociated, avoidant,
and disconnected from my truth, existing in survival mode.
I was unknowingly operating from a dysregulated nervous system,
driven by a deep fear of instability and insecurity— from childhood trauma and ancestral wounds. Everything created the deepest sadness in me.
Burdened by unworthiness and a near-dysmorphic self-hatred - I attracted in "love" that would mirror my hatred for myself
and slowly I ran my life into the ground.
But everything changed.
